These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Yesh.mn (the “Service”), provided by Powered LLC(“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By creating an account, accessing the Service, or clicking to accept these Terms, you agree to be bound by them and our Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by law in your country) to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental/guardian consent.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete registration information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity on your account and for safeguarding your password. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
We use Firebase Authentication to provide email login and social sign-in. When you choose Facebook Login, we obtain only public_profile and email as permitted by you. You can unlink social accounts anytime in Profile → Linked Channels.
Certain content/features may require a paid plan. Prices, billing cycles, and refund eligibility are shown at purchase time and may be updated from time to time. Taxes may apply. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Service and its educational content for non-commercial use. All content on the Service is protected by intellectual property laws and remains the property of the Company and/or its licensors.
You may not copy, distribute, publicly display, record/redistribute lessons or tests, reverse engineer, or otherwise use the Service or content beyond this license.
You are responsible for content you post (e.g., comments, submissions) and for complying with applicable laws. Do not upload illegal, infringing, or harmful content; do not cheat or facilitate academic dishonesty. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
The Service may contain links to third-party sites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products, or services.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or business interruptions.
Where permitted by law, our aggregate liability to you for all claims will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 monthsbefore the event giving rise to the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or for security, legal, or operational reasons. Upon termination, your license ends.

We may update the Service and these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice (e.g., in-app or email). Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Mongolia. Courts of Ulaanbaatar shall have jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
These Terms (together with our Privacy Policy and any plan-specific terms) are the entire agreement between you and us. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. You may not assign your rights or obligations without our consent.
